Excellent view but food is not good enough

It is a great hotel with the nice river view, but the food is not good enough. But what I really feel sad is that the hotel stopped its boat service. There used to be three times free boat ride. I will not stay at this hotel again unless they resume the three times daily free boat service. Who will stay there without boat services? It is far from the city center and there are a lot of Chinese tourists.

one thing i like about the hotel is the view and the size of the room and toilet.security is good.room is clean.breakfast is average only,location is way off unless you have a car to take you around.no action outside the hotel.

The staff is not friendly, the bathromm not so clean, and the price for staying 5 hours more 1300 baht,to expensive. I would'nt choose this Hotel again.

Good situation to the waterfront

I liked the convenience of a a free river shuttle service to the Riverside Shopping Complex.
The view to the river was excelent. Sometimes taxi drivers do not always want to take you there from across the city and do not want to use their meters.

Good view from the Hotel

What i like about staying at Royal river is that i can enjoy a very good view from the room. I got to see the city view and river view and during the night everything is very bautiful when light on everywhere. BUT what i don´t like about Royal river is that the location is too far from the City and if you wish to return back to the hotel from the City. It very difficult to get a Taxi back as no driver want to give a ride as they claim that Royal river is too Far and the traffic to Royal river is BAD!. Other than that everything is fine.

Overall this is a very good hotel. only one weak point is the cable TV program, there was no good English chanels
