Nice hotel but disappointing food

Nice staff, but we were ripped off by a private trip up a canal. We were not told what was involved i.e. it included a trip to the zoo which we did not want to do, also a visit to a gem factory which we did not want to do, and to cap it all, our private guide deposited us in a van with other people where we had to do the rounds of all the hotels. The hotel should have told us what was involved, or else they should not use the so-called "private guide"

Small, charming hotel very centrally located.
Very good service and inclusive breakfast.
