Good Location but for food

At the ground of the hotel taxi drivers are allowed to shout at visitors offering taxi drive.
That means the cry after you when you leave the receptions door.
When I used one of this taxis the meter was off the driver said and asked me for 200 THB from the hotel to Silom Road that is nearly 3 times the usual fare.
Also in front of the hotel at the road always taxi drivers are waiting for guests and want to cheat them.
They offer roundtrips for free and all the other unfair ,illegal offers which are known.

I think the management should stop all this behaviour to have a serious impression to its guests.

Good hotel, alright location

I only spent one night at the hotel, but the service I got whilst there was good. The room was satisfactory.
The location is fine for using a tuktuk or taxi to get to the best sights and shopping. Make sure you're not overcharged to be taken to the airport, make sure it's on the meter!

I use this hotel 4-5 times a year for business.
Everytime there are problems with the billing because before I booked from the hotel homepage special discounts:stay 4 pay just 3 nights.
The stuff charged me higher rates than given in the internet.
When I booked through your company they gave me a better room and did not try to charge me more.
That´s because your company is located in BKK close to the hotel.
I will book again with your company because of fair prices.

As expected, for the price i pay i get the rooms (4 rooms) we deserve. Rooms are generally clean. however, not all are given non-smoking room as requested and had to change room. a couple has resorted in twin room instead of double room as the double room´s smell was way unbearable.

Otherwise, we got the basic needs. location is not too bad but not that fantastics either (quite far from shopping area - about 70-80 baht cab ride to siem paragon). point to note is that cab drivers to know where to find it.

no complaints on food as only have quick breakfast. kids enjoyed the pool though.

to the staff and concierge, thanks for the hospitality.

Location not great.
Hotel generally of a good standard - but not as flash as it looked in the pics!!
Nice pool but indoor (so no opps for sunbathing!)
Lovely garden restaurant - and well priced
No deluxe room available when we arrived (as reserved)but we were lucky to get an upgrade to a suite.
Staff not particulatly attentive - except for bellboy.
