Room very nice, not small and staff friendly.Hotel near MRT and I can walk around 2-3 mins to there.

The place is little bit defresh...but the design in general it make a new difference...good breakfast ...but i think the mini-bar it is expensive for this place they ask the full price

The transparent glass bathroom/ no door toilet layout would not be convenient for 2 of 3 friends sharing a room. Perhaps the hotel management can consider the following:-

a). install a non-see through draw shower-curtain at the toilet cubicle to give full privacy to the user.
b). install a waterproof draw shower curtain inside the bathroom shower area (so the person bathing will not be seen by the others in the room.
The above are not too costly to implement and will most likely bring return customers.

c). The pillows are too soft.

We were in Bangkok for one night only and our main target was to visit Chaktuchak Weekend Market and Veronice Residence proves to be the right choice. It is less than 5mins walk to the nearest MRTA (Sutthisan) and it takes only about 10-13 mins from Sutthisan to reach Chaktuchak Park Station.

REALLY GOOD AND CLEAN HOTEL, JUST THAT THE FOOD IN THE HOTEL WASN´T GOOD. BUT I GUESS, YOU COULD TAKE A TRAIN OR CAB TO ROBINSONS DOWN THE ROAD

The location is good, it´s just 5 minutes walk from the nearest MRT station. The corridor and room is good and value for money. The staff are really helpful and willing to answer and solve all my question. One of the thing that need some improvement is the buffet breakfast, there was not much variety and the taste was just so so....

The hotel is really close to the MRT station, takes 2 or 3 minutes to walk. There is not much around it, but at least access is great.

They have internet access in the rooms, which is great too, but make sure you have your own lan cable.

Breakfast is poor, however if you enjoy bacon and eggs every morning, it will be great for you. They do have other stuff, but not as much variety as other hotels.

I was happy with the staff too, when I entered the room it had two single beds. I complained and was told that is how the superior rooms are, but soon they changed me to another room with a double bed (king size).

All in all a very pleasant place to stay for 7 nights.

The location of the hotel is super, just next to one of the MRT stations. This hotel has a boutique concept but the quality of the toilet fixtures used are a bit cheap.

it is located very near to the underground metro station. although it is a bit far away from city center. It is about 100 baht from center to the hotel by meter taxi. the room are very modern and clean, very new too. i lived there with promotion, so very cheap. and they have internet service for free in the room if u have a notebook

I wanted to participate in this review because:
- the hotel service staff are really good, I like them.

But there is only one bad point, it´s a serious one :
-- all the rooms at level 4, they have a VERY strong chemical stench, it´s overpowering and upsetting. Imagine having to contend with that for 3-5 days. I tried the top class rooms at higher floors (the ones at BHT2200), and they do not have the strong chemical stench/smell. Much more livable, much more like any other hotel that I have visited in the rest of the world. For once I could breath easily.

Do take note of this, as it is unbearable and making me consider alternative lodging.

The restaurant was open 24hrs but I couldn´t find a menu in the room for room service (maybe they didn´t have that service). Otherwise, it was a lovely place (stayed in the suite) and the staff were very nice and acommodating.
