Relaxing and enjoyable

The hotel is in a great position at the quiet end of town so we slept like logs every night. Breakfast buffet was very tempting and had a great variety of dishes, it was interesting to see the asian guests eating western while we had chinese or thai most days.

ได้ไปพักแล้วกลับมาประทับใจมากเพราะสวยงามที่สุด สระว่ายน้ำสามารถมองเห็นทะเลได้วิวสวยงามมากที่สุด ส่วนยรรยากาศภายในก็อลังการมาก เพราะมีสระว่ายน้ำอยู่ตรงกลาง เป็นตึก 2 ฝั้ง เพราะการตบแต่งของทาวรีสอร์ทลงตัวจริงๆ
การต้อนรับของพนักงานดีทุกคนเลย ห้องพักก็สะอาดสะอ้านกวางขวางมากเลย

Great hotel and staff

Loved this hotel great welcome, fantastic rooms we stayed in a sea-view room and the view was spectacular. Four great restaurants loved the Chinese food and the breakfast buffet was the best I've had in a hotel.

Really nice hotel but forget the spa

This is a lovely property, really well appointed rooms and overall it is very nice -- lovely pool and a nice beach and chairs, if you can stand sitting out in the hot Thai sun in February. The sea view rooms in the tower are excellent and they have a small terrace that you can sit on as well as a daybed that views the property and the sea.
We ate in both the Italian restaurant, Cellestino, and the Chinese one. The Chinese one in particular had excellent dim sum.
What was extremely disappointing is that the spa is a concession and although we had four people in our party, only two of us were able to book massages (lack of therapists!), which are shared with another property. The massage we received was excellent so that staff is capable, but a big disappointment that we could not all be served.
Another odd thing about the property is that you cannot go from the lobby directly to the Italian restaurant or to the residence part of the facility without going outside the hotel! I don't know if this is a security issue or what, but it is really an odd setup.
Overall, I would recommend this property for is ambiance, but service was not outstanding in any way. One last note, the hotel is on the southern end of Cha-am as so you need to take a tuk tuk, which the hotel provides at fixed times or for a small fee at your convenience at other times, to reach the center of action.

les services lies a l hotel sont trop chers par rapport au prix thai (taxi internet repas boissons etc..)
pas de service de navette gratuite pour aller en ville
le personnel ne porte de belle tenue thaie
hotel tres calme
l hotel convient a une clientele d ´un certain age vu la tranquilite du lieu et le manque d activite dans l hotel
a part la piscine et la plage il n y a rien d autre a faire
