We are stayed in Deluxe@sea room it very clean,bedroom very relaxing & comfortable .though not a huge choice as in some other hotels of this quality. The staff were extremely friendly and were quick to helpful with any requests.We will definately stay there again.

เราไปมาพักผ่อนกันเมื่อวันแม่ที่ผ่านมา ประทับใจกับสระว่ายน้ำมากคะ สวยมาก เด็กๆชอบใจมาก อาหาร และ ห้องพักก็ดีมากคะ พนักงานบริการดีคะ แต่ช่วงเทศกาลคนเยอะไปหน่อย แต่ก็คึกคักดีคะ โดยรวมแล้วทุกๆคนประทับใจมากคะกับ Springfield @ Sea Resort & Spa Cha Am เราจะกลับไปใช้บริการอีกแน่นอนคะ

Beautiful swimming pool, good service

My sons enjoyed the swimming pool very much. We loved the beach front of this resort, clean and peaceful area. Not too much crowdy of people. Room was nice and clean. Good staff took care of our family. One receptionist was really helpful to look after my kids when swimming. Defenitely will return.

THis si a really excellent resort in term of location and the service is really excellent. The breakfast was really good. I totally enjoy my vacation at Springfield@sea. Would recommend this hotel to everyone and definitely go back again.

Breakfast has good selection but unfortunately the quality of the food served are not up to standard of the hotel.

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. The service is exceptional. When you call room service they answer hello Mr. (your name) and remember any previous calls and requests you have made. The beds are the most comfortable anywhere. There is even a doorman to get the elevator for you and every time you pass an employee they put their hands together and bow in a show of respect.

Service was prompt and friendly. Lots of friendly staff that made good efforts to resolve problems quickly. Language was occasionally a barrier but staff would find someone else if needed.

The hotel has a quiet feel to it. Lovely time looking at the pool and ocean while sitting on the balconies swing. They did an outstanding job with the small details, such as using silk cloth to cover the metal chains of the swing. The only draw back was the shower drain could have been a little bigger, the rest of the bathroom experience is pleasing.

This property is a very pleasant place to stay. It is made even more so by the very nice staff.We stayed 4 nights in Oct and it was just great! very good value for the dollar. Great hotel for the price and would recommend to all.
