The only thing this hotel has in it's favour is location. The rooms are old and tired, the water system a disaster area. Some bathrooms get hot water some get cold water: there is no control over the temperature of the water. The front desk staff are friendly but hopeless, they cannot deal with the simplest thing. There are much better hotels for the same or less money in the Night Bazaar area, avoid this one.
John, United Kingdom 2 / 10 Excellent location, friendly staff, found rooms in very poor condition. There was a lot of mildew on Bathroom walls, and found at least three roaches in room...Rooms In desperate need of removations...could not stay there again.
p. a. lungay, Turks and Caicos Islands 2 / 10 The location of the hotel is perfect, two steps from the Night Market. It's got all the facilities of a modern hotel, but it's a bit outdated (dark colours, furniture/bathroom not new and spotless). But considering what we paid (and what we would have paid in newer hotels), it value for money.
