My son and I were very impressed with the responsive nature of staff and the buffet meals were standout and very Thai which we loved.
Only dislike was their Internet, the WIFI did not work unless close to the lobby PC's. The cost of 60 Baht per hour did not compete well with Internet cafe like Buddy's 20 Baht and fast speed. I use thunderbird email and I could only receive emails and the system had such low power it could not send any responses- very poor in an age where keeping up communication is important....
