Overall
Fresh air, a good hotel room I've a good staff, very clean. Good food, all conveniently located near the airport. Parking widths. Swimming pool and beautiful.
Overall
I had decorated their rooms. Most of the wood used is very wide and clean room with a large swimming pool.
My food was delicious.Good staff. Around incredibly quiet affordable too.
Great value for money
The hotel was simple but great value. A nice pool and nice cheap food. Clean (and cool!) rooms if a little small. 5 minutes work to a big market and a 20 baht taxi ride to the old town. We'd stay there again.
great continental breakfast, could've had more fresh fruit

Views from two windows not very pleasant, but the pool and koi pond views were nice. The concierge and housekeeping were wonderful, front desk could have been friendlier. All in all I would stay there again
Friendly atmosphere, wonderful, helpful staff and convenient loaction

My son and I were very impressed with the responsive nature of staff and the buffet meals were standout and very Thai which we loved.
Only dislike was their Internet, the WIFI did not work unless close to the lobby PC's. The cost of 60 Baht per hour did not compete well with Internet cafe like Buddy's 20 Baht and fast speed. I use thunderbird email and I could only receive emails and the system had such low power it could not send any responses- very poor in an age where keeping up communication is important.
Cheap ~ worth to pay ~ but don't expect too much
I stayed two nights in the superior rooms (the lowest price). The room and the toilet were not that clean, there were some insects found in my bed. Anyway, the price is quite low, so don't expect that higher than what you pay.
If you just want a place to only sleep, it's fine
Not in good location

It’s farer from the shopping area and the restaurants
moderate place to stay in Chiang Mai

I had a chance to stay at Holiday Garden hotel. The overall hotel decorate was quite impressive, very simple but got style. The room is nicely decorated with northern Thai style but the view was a bit poor. My room window faced the tall buidling, no Garden view! However, the room cleanliness is exceptional. But if you could easily get bored with continental breakfast, stay there only 2 morning maximum,,,no food variety there.
Excellent location with good service

Good service and nice people, they are very friendly, polite. The atmosphere in the garden of the resort is beautiful and relaxing at the clean swimming pool.

The Lift was wrong for 1week. When I asked for repairing i got the answer: " We know long time the lift is wrong". Thank you.
The shuttle service to Chiang mai city was every night fully booked. Didn´t go 2times.
Resort in City
i prefer stay resort in Chaingmai city,i found this hotel first i reserved Duluxe garden , i saw on internet that show wooden floor but in real not have wooden floor , good for have shuttle bus transfer to Night Bazzar, swimming pool little small, breakfast not various too much.
"I´ll stay in this hotel again."
I stayed for 13 days, the room was clean and the hotel staff was helpful.
Only the problem is the wall to the next door was so thin that I was woken up late at night or early in the morning by crazy travelers.
The breakfast was not great, but good enough. About the location, it´s not too far from town. I could take red bus to town at 10 Baht, and it´s only 15 minutes walk to Central Shopping Center. I like it that it´s away from the noise of town, I enjoyed staying this hotel. Who can complain at this rate, anyway? I´ll stay here again next year.
