Very cordial staff and always willing to assist. Speak good english too. The hotel is also located in a good location where you can visit many boutique shops such as arts & craft and silver ware. Great team work, keep up the good work

The Le Meriden is well positioned in the centre of the Night Market area. The service was excellent and the Breakfast buffet was to die for. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. The pool was wonderful.

Our room on level 21 looking straight towards Doi Suthep and the old city was amazing. The hotel staff was very helpful, arranging tour guides and car services for our day trips, in addition to restaurant recommendations. Will definitely stay here if we visit Chiang Mai!
