Room very OK, Breakfast disappointing

The entrance of the hotel is nice and big. The room we had was very clean excellent.
The breakfast was disappointing, u have to fed the bread twice into the toaster for a nice toast. The carrots in the salsdbar were veeryday dryed up. The food in general look like it was made the day before, like the fried bacon jewinggum and that for that price. The hotel has no kids breakfast price. Really over asked. The servants at breakfast should be better trained.

A Good Hideaway

The Park hotel may not be located right in the center of town, but it is close enough to walk to. The hotel is quiet, clean, and cozy enough that just lazing around the area makes it worthwhile. The nightlife is quite impressive, with a large number of bars and karaoke lounges nearby, again within walking distance. Will probably stay in the Park hotel again when I go back to Chiangmai.

I travel alot and was impressed from the moment I was collected at the airport to the time I checked-Out. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff very ameniable. The breakfasts are comprehensive and I enjoyed the secluded pool on the roof level ! I highly recomend the Park Hotel and will be staying there again.

very good hotel very clean.just to small things i get charge for 1 botle coke i not drink from the minibar and not order taxi from the travel agent inside reception.....very expencive

The Park Hotel is excellent value for a good quality hotel. I was a woman travelling on my own and ended up twice extending my stay there! The staff are very helpful and friendly and the facilities are excellent. The rooms are clean with great views and the buffet breakfast is extensive, catering for all needs. The roof top pool is lovely (if a little shallow!). I liked the location out of the hustle and bustle of the centre, but it is still only a few minutes ride in a bus or tuk-tuk into the old town or to the night market. And only about 20 Baht on the bus!
I had no dislikes and would use The Park again.

Excellent place to stay

The Park Hotel is a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. It is not in the middle of town, but is only a 10 minute ride from the city center, as Chiang Mai is quite small. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and there was maid service daily. The bathrooms were great--very nice marble, and the bathtub/shower was great. The satellite tv gets many channels, and the rooms were very quiet.
The breakfast was excellent; great food, exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, and a warm atmosphere. They had American style scrambled eggs, omelettes, various fruits and veggies, different breads, thai food, cereal, milk/tea/juice/coffee etc...Even more than the delicious food, the staff was great. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Chiang Mai.

The deluxe room was lovely with views on two sides, well worth the little extra. Service excellent, rooftop pool delightful, although the pool snack service was very slow. Although the hotel is not in the centre, I´d happily make it my base for future visits to Chiang Mai.

Very nice hotel with correct and friendly staff including the manegment. Nice pool on top floor. Faboulus breakfast buffe for every taste. For sure the best hotel in the category around Chiangmai. Beautiful lobby in thai style. Clean rooms. Express check in and out. No problems with mail, tele or fax. Good location, walking distans to night bazaar and few minutes by car to airport

Good hotel!

Park in Chiang Mai - The room was clean and had a good view of the mountain. The breakfast buffet was delicious and service staff were polite. The hotel is rather far from the night market but luckily they provide shuttle service to and from the night market at 1/2 hourly intervals.
