The breakfast buffet was delicious and service staff were polite. The hotel is rather far from the night market but luckily they provide shuttle service to and from the night market at 1/2 hourly intervals. Was this review helpful? It is not in the middle of town, but is only a 10 minute ride from the city center, as Chiang Mai is quite small. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and there was maid service daily. The bathrooms were great--very nice marble, and the bathtub/shower was great. The satellite tv gets many channels, and the rooms were very quiet. The breakfast was excellent; great food, exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, and a warm atmosphere. They had American style scrambled eggs, omelettes, various fruits and veggies, different breads, thai food, cereal, milk/tea/juice/coffee etc...Even more than the delicious food, the staff was great. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Chiang Mai. Was this review helpful? I was a woman travelling on my own and ended up twice extending my stay there! The staff are very helpful and friendly and the facilities are excellent. The rooms are clean with great views and the buffet breakfast is extensive, catering for all needs. The roof top pool is lovely (if a little shallow!). I liked the location out of the hustle and bustle of the centre, but it is still only a few minutes ride in a bus or tuk-tuk into the old town or to the night market. And only about 20 Baht on the bus! I had no dislikes and would use The Park again. Was this review helpful?
