I booked this place as pot luck as I didnt fancy the concrete blocks in CM of which very few had any good reviews. Its a bit far out so you will need a bike or car but it really is at it looks, which was great, there are only 9 houses so its very intimate. You are treated like one of the family by the owners and the rooms are quite unique, this place is definitely worth a stay, as I found the price compared to Chiang Mai very reasonable.
