Good location

Hotel is old. Appointed by the culture of Chiang Mai. It is adjacent to the shopping Mall and Theater and easy access to travel a short distance from the airport.
Air not cold and it seems everything old. Should improve greatly. It offers very good food, good prices overall.

เป็นโรงแรมที่ไม่แพงมาก โดยรวมก็ดี ถ้าไม่ได้คิดอะไรมากมายสมกับราคา อาจจะต้องมีการปรับเปลี่ยนในเรื่องของแอร์ หรือ สิ่งของภายในห้องพักพวกพรม เพราะมานอาจจะไม่สวยงาม เก่าไปหน่อย แต่สามารถเดืนทางไปยังดอยสุเทพได้สะดวก
เพราะไม่ห่างจากโรงแรมมากมาย ใกล้สวนสัตว์ด้วยดีมากๆๆเลยไม่ต้องเดินทางไกลให้เหนื่อย ทั้งคุ้มและสมราคา

Hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai. Can not be far away from the Night Bazaar is much more affordable as well. Small room no bigger. View of the City The staff was very impressive, very good service.

The perfect location near by the airport and night bazaar the room was clean and breakfast it's good. Overall it's good smart choice for Chang Mai area.

Hotel with a great location in Chiang Mai. Its physically attached to a shopping mall with a theatre. It is 15 minutes from the airport and night bazaar.
Breakfast is so so, same everyday. Room should be renovated soon.

So big I got lost quite often as sign posting confusing. Swimming pool excellent. View from rooms poor. A bit dark and dingy. The new wing was much better but obviously more expensive. Over all good.

The lifts are so complicated!! For example we stayed at 3rd flr on Huay kaew wing, we had to use 1st lift to get to 4th flr then walked to the 2nd lift which is on the L1 level to get to 3rd flr!!

Great location to be able to walk around area and not worry about any problems late at night.

The only problem, was the room still smelled like smoke even when it was a non-smoking room. Maybe a spray in the room would be good, before someone checks into the room.

I would suggest to upgrade the Huay Kaew Wing and their reception area at Level 6. The next trip I would like to stay at the other wing which is more cosy and nice.
