Room is large and convenience for family. Swimming pool is nice but a little bit small. Mostly for family with kids. With too small of dining room, there's some fight in the morning but the hotel can arrange food to be never empty!

The room is very big and nice but TV is too small. Food options for Breakfast isn't many.

a bit of a walk to the main part of Baensaen and you need to drive for the beach. everything in good quality, but I see, that roomrates gone up 30% since 2009 when we was there. As it is a hotel for people with car, its a high raise considered the competition only 30 km away in Pattaya.

First impressions are very good, the hotel looks great, the swimming pool area is beautiful and the rooms are excellent.
However, a couple of details really need improving; the buffet breakfast was very limited in choice/quality and was not kept warm.
The bath/shower fittings needed some attention.
I would recommend it as a place to stay for a day or two but no longer.

we liked it enough to expect to come back and would have given "moving in", if the hotels as sign said was only 200 and not 600 m from main street, washing of clothes at hotel was half the price and the massageclinic a kilometer away was inside the hotel

Clean, neat and tidy. Convenient if travelling on Sukhumvit road. Woderful swimming pool and excellent dinning room too.

room was very nice and clean.receptionists(some) were not service minded and unhelpful. f&b staff were lovely.housekeepers were excellent.driver was outstanding.
had a great time although was a bit upset with shuttle bus management.

i like the room so clean and there is a walking closet..thats very cool...the pool is lovely..but its quite far from the beach

ห้องพักสวยสะอาดใช้ได้ทีเดียว เป็นการกลับไปพักเป็นครั้งที่ 2 แล้วค่ะ สระว่ายน้ำสวยสะอาดแต่ที่ควรปรับปรุงคืออาหารเช้าเวลาที่แจ้งไว้คือหมดเวลา 10โมง แต่ลงไปทานตอน9.15 น.อาหารหมดบางอย่างแล้วไม่มีเติมเพิ่มเลย คนที่ลงมาทีหลังก็ต้องทานเท่าที่เหลือ ควรปรับปรุงด้วยเพราะไม่ได้ลงไปหลังเวลาที่กำหนด

All staffs were freindly and always smiling without saying word. Not sure they understood my english or not but they always smile at least. Not much far walked to the beach. We will return defenitely.

The facility appears new (Nov 08); the room was clean and roomier that most in the same class. The pool, tho unheated, was sparkling clean and beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I plan to stay here again.
