my friend and i stayed a night at Pacific Park and Residences on 5th May 2011. Location of the hotel is just behind Robinsons and 10mins walk from the night market. we had some hiccups with the internet early in the next morning and the hotel staff was very helpful with the connection setup. great place to stopby between bangkok and pattaya.

Pros: Definitely the hotel staff. Friendly and helpful.Honest people. Trustworthy.Rooms are always clean. I was a long stay guest and the place gave me a warm comfortable feeling. Will definitely go back again if there's any chance. Love the coffee(and choc drink) machine too. Nothing like a cup of dark coffee to kickstart the day! They provide cookies at the 'residence' wing lobby.
Cons: Traffic noises, too close to sukhumvit road. Restaurant food quality and choices are quite limited especially for long stay guests. Gym (or 'fitness centre' ) is small and limited in equipment choices. Good only for if you want to break a little sweat. No good for real training.

THIS IS THE THIRD YEAR I STAYED AT THE HOTEL.
I MADE RESERVATION FOR A END UNIT WITH A WASHER. WHEN I CHECKED IN, I DID GET A END UNIT WITH NO WASHER.
I BROKE A DINNER DISH AND WAS CHARGED 400 BAHT FOR A 100 BAHT ITEM.
THE HOTEL WOKE ME UP 0300 ON 17 NOV, INSTEAD 18 NOV.
AT 0330 ON 18 NOV I NEED A BAGBOY FOR MY SUITCASES. FOUND EVERYBODY SLEEPING ON THE MAIN FLOOR. THAT WAS A GOOD FEELING.

Impressive Coffee machine

The hotel is OK for the price if you want basic accomodation. Location is good because it is next to a shopping center.

Pros:
Hotel conveniently located to visit Sriracha. (West of Sukumvit road). Internet connection in room.
Cons:
Street noise. Bathroom basic. No bedside reading lamps.
No sun in swimming pool. Pool chairs not cleaned. No pool towels.
Breakfast fruit modestly avaialable.

Good hotel although we only stayed onde night. About one hour drive from Muang Boran, Ancient city. Nice location close to shopping mall. Good service, really value for money.
