The Sez Hotel Bangsan

The Pool is too small, the room was either to hot (if air condition was switched off) or to cold (air condition was above the bed). Refunding policy is not acceptable at all. Alltogether we can not recommend this hotel

Hotel services are not worthwhile what we paid.

I couldn't feel much services mind from the receptionists, they just did the tasks.

One big comment was in my last day, when customer checked out, the clerk spoke out loud what in the room used by the customer, even condom, I don't think we (customer) want others to know what we have consumed from the hotel, espectially, CONDOM!

This did not happen to me but a family checked out at the same time as me.
