Just OK for Bangsang
by Sawitee S. from Thailand

The layout of room is different from other hotel. Superior sea view is located on the 5-7 fl., so you get the sea view with other houses's roof. Any way, the food is good and tasety.

Room size is good and very clean. Good value for the price that we paid. However there are lots of open drainage outside the hotel so the smell from the drain can be overpowering.

Excellent location with superb food

Our room was at the front with sea view - woke up and saw sunrise every morning, it's fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the bathroom especially the shower (wish to have one installed at home in England!). The food was superb especially a buffet at the weekend. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be staying at this hotel again when we go back to Bangsean next year.

A very nice little hotel on the beach
by Michael Snyder from USA

1.Good, not great location only because the 2-row tuk tuks don't like to come down this road eventhough it parallel the beach. So it is difficult to find public transportation on this road.
2.Food is good only on Fri and Sat dinner buffets. They offered several different type of food including grilled seafood, all for 199bahts/person. Food ordered from the menu is only marginally good. Pork satay and beef massaman were certainly awful.Sat morning breakfast buffet is also quite good.
3. 'Seaview' is just that. A glimpse of the ocean unless you get the top -priced rooms and really pay the money. But the rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is a big TV, and a room safe. The 'rain' shower is to kill for. Absolutely amazing.
4. When you call for repair or service, they come right away which is unusal.
5. If you happen to take a bus there from BKK, when you get to NONGMON market drop off point, don't let the unscrupulous tuk tuk drivers talk you into a 200 bahts 'rent my whole tuk-tuk', whereupon they will take to personally to the hotel. Walk across the street to the NONGMON market side of the road and find a RED, 2-Row tuks tuks which will take you to the Bangsaen boardwalk and hotels around there for 10 Bahts each person. And those red tuk tuks are plentiful infront of the market.
Overall not a bad hotel, staff is very helpful. Very clean rooms and I think, great for the price.

Booked two rooms - one supoerior with Ocean view and one standard but were only given 2 standards because they said we booked through this site.
Stayed this hotel a year ago when it opened but has already lost its customer focus. Will never stay here again.

The hotel is very nice and convenient,,,its a bit further down the long beach so its less busy but still very convenient!! The room is nice and clean, staffs are very willing to help! The swimming pool could have been bigger as it would be crowded if there were more than 6 people in the pool!
Overall its a really nice hotel with reasonable price, would reccommend it to anyone going to Bangsaen!

Staff great. Bangsean needed a place like this to raise the standard. Rooms a little on the small side for westerners.

SEZ was our 1st visit and its worth the price. We will be visiting again very soon. Stay here and you won't be sorry. The hotel is just "wow"

This is an excellent hotel in a great location in the centre of everything. The staff are very friendly and always smiling. They speak good English and are very helpful with advice and local tips. The food is very good and the orange shakes are wonderful. We would recommend this hotel to everyone. Also excellent value for money.
