Like it because it in town area which with walk distance but dislike the room already in old design/old style & they gave me the room which aircond already spoil & not cool at all but lastly they got change room for me. But again I saw they give that room to other new customer who just check in....i think they should not release the key until the aircond is fixed, am I right?

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Hadyai town but away from the usual Irish bars. Staff members are of great help and well verse in the English language.
