Clean & Safe Hotel

For a budget class hotel, one cannot ask for more. Its location on the main thoroughfare to Hatyai is especially convenient for driving guests, there is no need to join in the jam in the city.
The staff attitude and service quality is more than satisfactory in its class and guests should have no reason for complaint.
Special mention should be given to Miss Bee, whom in my opinion, is a very dedicated and attentive person. A definite asset to the hotel.

just the lift

everything is good, except for the lift. during my stay there, it almost always brings you to the lower ground carpark(L) when you want to go to the ground lobby(G); and after when you try to press G to go to the lobby, it somehow doesn't and go straight up to the higher floors. other than that, the people and rooms are wonderful.

There is no food nor entertainment establishment around the vicinity of the hotel. So most guests need to go to town for their food, shopping and other needs. But then that's not really the fault if the hotel, it's a location thing.

Nice room but quite far from center

Very clean room and well maintained of staff service. Bad point is location was too far from Hatyai center. We needed to rent a car to survive.
