I like a good service from Ms. Kalasom which she can speak a good english and provide us an exellent services.

pro:our rooms were rather spacious whereas the children's rooms were ok.
con:chambermaid who did not replenish shampoo satchets and seemed unwilling when asked to(only on one day).other days were fine.
security should be tighter as two or three rooms were 'smoking' and left their doors open to 'air' themselves and suffocated us in turn.they also brought in callgirls who knocked at our doors and later ran in and out of those rooms.

1. Frontdesk can't speak english well.
2. Wanted to extend another night ant it took me 1 hours to know the asnwer.
3. Ask to call back but fail to do so.

Clean room and good location

I did not understand why the reception insisted on keeping my passport upon checking-in mentioning security as the reason. They then agreed to let me keep my own passport after I argued on my case. The hotel is situated in a great location and it is clan and tidy. The safe deposit box inside the room did not work though.
