Rooms were spacious and clean, staff friendly and efficient, good car parking with excellent attendant. Just 5 minutes walk to walking street. Television very old and only 1 movie channel in English with adverts every 5 minutes. Will stay again for sure.

The room is clean. The bathroom is also clean. Location is a bit far from market & shopping area. The receptionist are very friendly and helpful.

the location is quite ok,not so far,can walk about 10-15min from shopping area/main town,limited halal food nearby. the price is ok, hotel should provided eletric kettle. The room is clean and well managed.

Like: comfortable bed, convenient access to shopping area, connecting room.

I was there during this flood tragic. The Hotel want to charge us for full price for hotel and food. One of my friend staying another room was charge for hot water. There was no electricity and they only give candle to certain room, with this condition they want to charging us hotel and food. Where is the humanity and kindness from this hotel. Even when there are lorry to help people out, the staff did not inform all the customer.
They say free internet. Its cheating only certain room can use LAN other need to pay for wi fi. Worst hotel in hat yai.

Not really located at the centre of town, but still it's just a couple of minutes walk to Lee Garden Plaza.
Plenty of food stalls located nearby the hotel within walking distance, including a superb seafood place.

Very friendly staff.The F/OFFICE MANAGER always smile.Only 5mins walk to ODEAN n CITY CENTER.Should try the DUCK NOODLES or RICE just around the corner...WANDERBAR...Stayed there on 24/4 for 2nites.Definetly will be staying here again on my next trip to HAADYAI.

Like the hotel for it's good price compared to the cleanliness and comfortability. Staff is kind to help on my travelling plan (went for free and easy). Location quite good eventhough have to walk about 10 minute to the town centre. Tuk tuk is everywhere, so no problemo!

I loved the room - it was exceptional value for money - large, quiet and very comfortable. Staff were as helpful as they could be (language was a bit of a problem but not too much). The hotel is near the railway station, restaurants, etc. I walked past the street the first time - the sign could be a bit bigger.

I would like to comment for the service of your massage place. They didnt ask us whether we want to massage our stomach. After they have finish they charge us 200 baht extra for it. Please check the massage service at your hotel. Tks.
