Hotel located mid distance to city central, quite & peaceful during night time. Reception can speak mandarin is very good point, so do the bellboy can speak english. Small improvement on breakfast can be done.

The location is situated away not too far from main busy area but this is what me and my family liked. The Hotel lobby is reasonably presentable, clean and staffs are fine. The room is clean and what impressed us is we were well informed by a note written who was to clean up our room from the house keeping sector as such we would know who to responsible if in case we have any of our belongings lost or stolen. Overall,our stay was a pleasant one and my wife had told me not to look into other Hotels on our return to Hatyai next year as "Sakura Grand View Hotel" suited us most. We assured you that you would not regret your decision to put a couple of night stay in this Hotel. Good Luck!

I really like this hotel cause i've been there once, I knew that place also from hotels2thailand webpage, I happy to be there with their staff and services, and if there is any opportunity. For sure, sakura (new wing) is my and only options for me to stay.
