V.L. Hat Yai Hotel

although there is an increase in the room rate but it is still value for money to stay there. it provide excellent service with receptionist able to speak english and chinese. however at night (after 12) the receptionist will not be on standby to answer calls or give u your room key.

I had booked a room with 2 queen size beds but when I arrived on site is 2 single beds. I asked why like that. I booked a room for 4 persons. Then they added a mattress. My booking stated breakfast for up to 4 persons. They told me that the breakfast is only for 2 persons. I end up.have to pay extra money for breakfast.  Do not booked this hotel. As you will not get what u want if u booked a room with more than 2 persons.
