Value for money but lack of English capability staffs

Clean room, good location.
The car park should have been in basement instead across the hotel which is very dangerous when crossing.
Need to train staff in English language more. Friendly and willing to help but do not understand.

Away from busy area. 10 mins walk to Lee Garden Plaza & Central Novotel. Near the big morning market.

Overall OK. Breakfast limited choice. Last minute booking for 2 nights at Deluxe room for 1900Baht.

Hotel is from the market, Kim Yong much. The room is big or small is not too much. And from the hotel to the flagging months because it was like in different countries, we in Malaysia do damage. It is a small community. The majority of the shops. In the market, it's a lot. A big enough market.

ห้องพักสะอาด ห้องไม่กว้างมาก เดินไปตลาดกิมหยง แค่ 5 นาที ร้านอาหารใกล้ ๆ ก็จะมี ร้านเซาะอึ้ง. พนักงานให้ความสะดวกในการเข้าพักดี ที่จอดรถกว้างขวางแต่อยู่คนละด้านกับโรงแรม ส่วนที่จอดรถใต้ตึกจะรองรับประมาณ 6 คัน

The location are quite good, as the night market will noisy at night time and this hotel location are really Good, far from busy and noisy area.

I like all about the hotel no comment, staff are very friends and Ms Phanny from the reservation, she was really help us, when I was with my group of 44pax. I would like to say thanks to her and her staffs. And we will always support VL Hotel.

staff quite friendly,food delicious,room quite spacious,room service good..bt only 1 problem->room inside gt many little cockroaches..

I like the room, cleanness, and spacious. Price is reasonable. But you do have to walk 5 to 10 mins to the night market which located at lee garden plaza.
