Thai Cooking Course Hua Hin By Ratthreeya Buchabun

A one day course , starting at 9 am with taking you with us shopping at Hua Hin local market.

Here we will buy all ingredients that we will need for that day together.

From the market we will continue to our house about 4 km out off town , where we will take a short coffee break , and start making preparations for the course.

First we will teach you how to make currypaste, "traditional thai way", followed by the first dish ( Keang keaw wan kai ) green curry with chicken.

We will demonstrate you first how to make the dish , after that it will be your turn to make your own ( with our help off course )

Other dishes on the course are, Homok (sea food soufle ) Tom yam khung ( spicy soup with shrimps )
