The room was very clean and it nicely located in the city and very convenient for walking and getting around Hua Hin. You'll enjoy shopping with walking distant.

มาพัก2ครั้งแล้ว เดินทางสะดวกมาก ร้านอาหารก็ไม่ไกล เยื้องๆโรงแรมก็มีซุปเปอร์มาเก็ตที่มีของทุกอย่าง สินค้าหลากหลาย ชอบที่โรงแรมมีระเบียงค่ะ

Great location, near the beach and the town centre shops and restaurants. Parking available. But "Information" knew nothing! For example, they could not give me the address of a nearby hotel where I was to meet with friends and they had no maps of the town. Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby - where most of the mosquitoes live! The challenge was to complete my necessary surfing before being eaten alive. Wi-Fi in the room would be nice.

There is a very good location in town which we can walk to the shops, restaurants, and beach.

We did not like the free breakfast because of poor quality of drinks and food such as milk, orange juice etc.

det mesta perfekt men dubbelt så dyrt som flera hotell i nästan samma klass. har bott där 4ggr men sparar 4-6 tusen på att välja annat hotell. om jag bjuder dam på rummet kostar det 300bath. det kostar inget på de 5 hotell jag framöver bokar.

Location is good. Near restaurants, nightlife and beach, but quiet.
I liked breakfast. Good selection and help yourself.
I would prefer an in-room safe ,rather than a box at reception.

the best i found from this place is location, it is in the heart of the hua-hin city, easily to access to beaches and nightlife

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is great for both shopping, evenings out and the beach. The price was very good.
Unfortunately the pool was a little small and did not get much sunshine after around midday due to the side of the building it is on. Breakfast was also variable, sometimes being a buffet-style, sometimes made to order, dependent presumably upon number of guests that morning.

It is actually better than it appears in the photo of the "big old hotel". Much better than many other so-called three-star places. Not super-luxury of the four-star-ers that U'll pay at least 2000 BHT for, but good value at this site's rate. There are many good guesthouses and a few other hotels to choose from, but it is hard to beat this for location (a 5 min walk to train station and beach and night markets and tons of restaurants) and comfort. It was great staying here in the off-season, the pool and ample breakfast were uncrowded, and the staff helpful with room-change (the view over the city/beach is much better than the "poolside") and late check-out. We liked the fat pigeon pairs making babies (and poo) on the balconies, but if U hate the sight of such nature, U might hate this hotel!

It´s convenient, due to it´s close to the beach and night market. We could go there by walk. No need to drive.

Aircon with only 1 position "Freeze" !!

Did not like leeking bathroom ceiling, old fittings in room, minimal breakfast food choices, no tea making facility in room.
We did like location and our early booking in time.

I booked this place after reading the other reviews and I have to agree with them. The location is excellent. Walking around Hua Hin, I couldn´t see any other place that offered the location advantages that this one has. It´s an easy 5+ minute walk to the beach. It´s right around the corner from the bar and restaurant area, making for an easy walk home after over-indulging in food or drink. For those who do not want the amazing Thai food, a Burger King is across the street. The hotel itself was clean though it looks its age, and the staff was very friendly. I have traveled all around Asia and stayed at plenty of budget hotels, but this is one I would certainly stay at again.

The disco was closed down when we were there, so the only complaint most people had about the noise was not a problem for us. This place really was a great deal for the money. Honestly an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and a stone´s throw from the bars, though far enough that you don´t feel like you are staying in the red light district. We found the staff to be friendly and willing to help out. Our room was clean enough, but not spotless.

Excellant location 5 minutes from Beach and right in the heart of the town for bars, food, shops etc. Great Value for money Staff helpful and friendly. Would certainly stay there again

Very central location. 5 Mins walk to the beach, 5 mins to the markets. Restraunts, bars, shops all on the doorstep. Taxi/Tuk Tuks straight outside, couldn´t be better located.
Staff very friendly and only too happy to help. If you want anything just ask and they´ll do their best. Try the hotel tailor rather than one on the street!
