if you want a 5 star hotel stay away

everything needs refurbishing, when you like to check in in a dirty villa with very poor service you are on the right place. food quality is poor and staff in the restaurant unfriendly. for the price you can have usually a 5 star standart. but not in aka guti. its the worsd 5 star (self rated) villa resort we ever have been.

This place is just heaven. The view of the sunset is perfect. Rooms very nice indeed and great food. Everyone has to visit this place.

After 3 weeks around Thailand staying in several different 5 stars hotel, we ended up our holiday by staying in the Aka Guti Resort for 2 nights. This hotel is just out of this world....if you want just relaxation, beautiful accommodation, and a private swimming pool this is the place for you. It is away from Hua Hin town but the hotel conveniently offers free shuttle bus to the center...not that we really used, we were so enchanted with the hotel that we spent all our time in the resort. Food is excellent...service a bit in the slow side though. The villas feel very private and very convenient for a romantic holiday. Manager Sebastian was brilliant, and we want to thank him so much for offering us an upgrade and a bottle of wine for our honeymoon!! We will definetely go back to Aka Guti and hopefully stay in the same vila, but this time a bit longer!!!

The room and the private swimming pool is excellent. The food is really good. I like the hourly transport service to the city, make life so much easier.
