Chateau De Khaoyai Resort Reviews

I and a friend were there for 2 nights. We have got vouchers from Citibank. Thankfully, we do not have to pay for the visit. They gave us a luxurious room on the second floor of the main building with huge dining room and bathroom. The bathroom had a huge Jacuzzi, sadly it was not functioning properly, an onsen style tub, a sauna and another room that looked like a steam room. We were told we could ask if we would like to use any of these facilities. What a helpful staff? By the way, they asked us to remove our shoes and we had to leave them on the first floor. I am afraid this is like a home-stay not a chateau. The decoration was alright but some items were a bit tacky. Clothes hangers were not provided in the room. There were a lot of extra pillows but no extra blanket. They charged 200 Bahts for this as a cost for laundering the extra blanket. This was the first time in years of my traveling all over the world that I had to pay for an extra blanket. The breakfast should be improved.
