the receptions at front office let me find the room alone. the standard santafe room no.s 111 is on 1 st floor near the ladder and counter it's noisy and not private.i have to close the curtain all the time feel like stay in the small box.the light in the bathroom does't work & the tower in the bathroom and blanket on the bed look grey not white colour.

Me&my family, we were disappointed with the services, reception desk were not nice, nobody bring us to the rooms, which was very hard to find, unlike those rooms in hotel. We had to walked 15 minutes to find out where the room was. I would not return there again.

we had a travelagent book this hotel for us. we didnt know what to expect. when taken to our room, we had to cross a small building site as the hotel is being renovated (we visited in october 2009). the first room we had was nice but the bathroom stunk of sewerage so we decided to ask for another room. our second room had mould all over the walls so we again asked for a different room. the third one we were shown seemed ok so we settled for it. unfortunately the carpets stunk as the place is quite old and damp. food quality was good, our first night we were sereved dinner in our room and they bought us a big bowl of rice and about 7 dishes (chicken, fish, soup, fruit, etc.) as there was two of us to eat it, most of the food went to waist as it was too much. this hotel is not situated close to the khao yai nationalpark which is a shame. even our tourguide asked us why we were staying there as there are better hotels near the nationalpark. service was ok, allthough most of the staff didn't speak much english so we had difficulties getting what we needed. but with hand and feet we managed in the end. we wouldn't stay there again, but then again they were renovating so maybe it will be better soon but i wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Golf club is good but the hotel need more care and weekday need superviser to look after for breakfast.
