Stayed for 3 nights the best relaxation , every clean, The staff are very friendly . The resort No beach but we got free bus trips to the beach if you don't feel like driving there yourself. Three nights were definitely enough for us at the Spa as it is very isolated and nightlife is non-existent - it's certainly nice to have a coctail at a beach front bar somewhere! The Spa is definitely one of the best places to stay at on Koh Chang though so would recommend it.
