Amari Emerald Cove Resort Koh Chang

We spent 7 days at the Amari and had a great and relaxing time. The hotel itself is top end and very luxiurious, the rooms large and furnished with high quality fittings including a lovely deep bath and huge marble shower. The view from poolside out to sea is fantastic and the view from the sea to the hotel and the forest covered mountains is great too. We had a great time at the Amari and it is a nice hotel in a good location.

We were very happy to arrive to this beautiful hotel after a bad experience on Koh Mak. The deluxe room was large and roomy, with a massive bed, great linen, super-sized granite bathroom with a view over the pool area. The main pool was lovely with 2 smaller pools too. There were more sun lounges than pictured on website but not a problem. The food and drinks were great and good value considering the relative luxury of the hotel, although dinner in the Thai/Italian restaurants were expensive (but considering the options nearby, you do not need to eat dinner there). Staff were very friendly and polite/ helpful. We slept like babies in the very comfy and spacious bed. Can't really fault the place to be honest. A great option on the island.
