This is a very quiet beach ready. The beach is across the street food is a good variety of clean room facilities, employees love it. Have a very good impression with a swimming pool.

Stayed for a week (August 2010) in one of the superior bungalows,2000bt per night.
The first time in 10 years of holidays in Thailand that I did not need the air conditioning on at night.
Bungalow was just off the beach and spotless.
Staff very helpful and courteous.
I loved the way the room maids whilst cleaning the bungalow, made animals or designs with your towels and arranged them on the bed when you returned after breakfast.
The beach was beautiful, quiet with no hawks tormenting the life out of you and the location was perfect with a bank, mini mart, internet shop and a Thai/German run outdoor resturant right across the road. (Hello Nee)
For a quiet beach holiday you will love it.
I'm only sorry I stayed for a short time but I'll be back for 3 weeks next year.
I give it 5 stars.
James.

Fantastic for the price
by Dan Voyce from Birmingham UK

First off - im not one of these people who pays a low price and expects 5* quality - im realistic.
Saying that we paid 1800 baht for a room in the wanishpool (garden) area of the coconut beach and was pleasantly surprised.
The Staff couldnt do enough for you - language was a bit of a barrier at times but thats to be expected I guess - even so they frequently went above and beyond at all times.
The gardens are immaculate - they must employ about 20 gardeners or so - all of whom seems to work long hours keeping it so tidy.
The restuarant is fantastic - catering to all tastes and prices (350 baht was the most expensive meal I think (Sea bass / Fillet Steak) (£7)), but we frequently ate some of the cheaper thai dishes that ranged from 50baht to 200 baht.
There is fresh seafood every day with a good selction of fresh prawns, lobster, squid, scallops, mussels, steak, and fish each day that they will cook / BBQ for you how you want. The royal coconut beach restaurant next door is also amazing for food and a bit cheaper so id definetly recommend a visit to it.
The entertainment gets annoying after 2 or more nights - they have the same guy singing the same songs every night - this eventually caused us and many others to take a walk down the beach to one of the other restaurants.
Pool area is attractive and clean - not too noisy either - has a small pool bar with towels and drinks available.
Beach is gorgeous - if you are lucky enough to be staying in one of the deluxe bungalows you will be right on this - its width varies depending on time of day and month but always enough!
Definetly going back next year and have recommneded it to friends

Dream Vacation
by Colin Patrick from Tulsa, Ok

Well, our first two nights We stayed in a nice room. The food, all three meals, was great. (Nightly BBQ on the beach) The staff was very curtious and helpful, setting up trips and bending over backwards.
We planned to only spend two nights here but that turned into 5. We were thinking of going to Ko Mak but everything was so nice at the resort.
After the first two days we were downgraded to another room for a lower price, which worked out great. The location was a little out of the way but the room was brand new and extremly clean.
We got engaged right on the beach! Highly, Highly recommended.
