no have any orientation about the room when i asked about information of the hotel they don't know anythings.towels very poor and i need double bed but they apply single bed to double bed very bad...very disappoint

We have been at this hotel for many time that it still is a good place to stay, excellence service all staff are very helpfull we would like to recommend this hotel for your vacation, we would go back again.

Cookie Hotel is two building. One is on the beach and the other is on the other side of the street. The location is very good. I think this is one of the best hotels on white sand. We got very good help from the reseption. We were 11 people staying at the hotel for 13 days.

Great Location in relaxing Koh Chang

2nd time staying at Cookies. Staff were helpful again. The rooms are a bit dated and this is not a luxury resort, so know that before going. However, they are clean and comfortable and at a good price. It is in a perfect location at White Sand beach. We ate almost every meal at Cookies during our 3 day stay. The included breakfast is a bit basic, but you can purchase off the menu if you like. The lunch and dinner is fantastic. Having the Pad Thai Chicken on the beach during sunset... well it just doesn't get any better than that! The beach is great and you are close to White Sand Dive center where Don or Mark will take care of any dives. If you haven't tried diving, they have a great intro course on the beach which my wife took last time we were there.

Frukostmatsalen är barrig! Frukosten är OK men inte mer. Rummen är fina men med mörka badrum. Man bor bäst på första våningen i hotelldelen som ligger på strandsidan. Jag gillar Cookies. Har bott där 2 ggr! Och återvänder gärna.

Удобное расположение. На две пары брали два номера. Делюкс на втором этаже и суперион на первом в здании на пляже. Делюкс чуть получше, но меньше по размеру. С первого этажа выход прямо к бассейну - очень удобно. Отличный заход в море (песок),нет камней.

We liked the location.We didn't like the breakfast very poor and not so clean. And outside in the street very noisy untill two o clock in the night, so we sleeped with eardops in.

Think carefully before booking this hotel if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing time. The hotel itself is really quite nice being right on the beach but is sandwiched between two bars both playing live loud music until after 1.00am. All the rooms face the pool/beach but the noise from the very nearby road is clearly heard in the room. Obviously if you keep late hours on holiday, this would not present itself to be a problem. Buffet breakfast is very good and plentiful. Pool is smallish but very nice and there was never a problem finding a vacant sun longer by the pool. Overall, nice hotel but just too noisy for us

i think cookies is a lovely place i live in thailand and we stay there twice a year a month at a time the only down side is the reasturant the food is not very good even thai food there is poor apart from that the best in white sands.

they stuck me out the back instead of a beach view room but it was that close (across the road) it did not matter
