The hotel has no direct sea access, but good shuttle service every hour for free.
Really nice and spacious garden full of different palm trees and tropical plants, unbeatable for this price.
I liked the relaxing and silent environment very much. A bit far from shopping opporunities (e.g.7eleven) and restaurants, but who needs to shop the whole time! Good value when booking over the internet.

Coming from a 8 hour journey from Bangkok including a breakdown of our Minibus, my boyfriend and me (28 & 27y) were far from relaxed on arrival at the hotel. This problem was resolved within ten seconds, when we were welcomed by the extraordinary friendly staff. They served us a moith cloth and a cold drink and we quickly filled all the necessary forms.
The whole holiday continued just like that!! Our room was perfect and clean, just as the pictures show!
The resort isn't directly on the beach but has an hourly shuttle to their sister-resort "the dewa", which was very convenient as this beach is really nice and well looked after.
After spending a few nights out at some beach restaurants, we were quite happy to go back to a quiet place and not having drunk backpackers all around us. A taxi to one of the busier places costs about 1-3 Euros and can easily be stopped at the street.
We really would recommend having at least one barbecue-night at the hotel. Each night, they prepare a range of fresh seafoods which often end not eaten up, although we have been there during the occupation of bangkok's airport so the resort was not fully booked.
Breakfast was very good, including western and thai food.
You should really have at least one massage every other day at the pool site, 9 euros for one hour wellness.
Overall - a perfect holiday in an excellent resort!
