This impressive resort. Reception staff very good, despite several trips to the delicious food, beautiful room with a pool, beach front resort is not wide, but a personal view. Relatively uncrowded. Value for money here.

Problems at check in

We had booked a twin room so when we arrived they told us that this was not available. We were made to wait over an hour at reception, drag our luggage to the room and back and the hotel manager was very rude to us. Apparently there was a problem with the booking so we were made to stand around whilst waiting. We were finally given two rooms but after travelling since 6am in was very frustrating standing around for so long and having such rude attitude from the manager.
Appart from that, the hotel is very nice and the location has lovely views.
