Special Resort with beautiful Thai-houses

The Resort's setting was really nice and the house war quite big. I did expect a room, but we did get an entire house just for us. The staff was helpfull, but not really good in English, but I also dont speak Thai. The food in the restaurant was always delicious and generous. The resort is not located at the beach, but it is just 3-4 mintes walking to two beaches. The pool is small but very tranquil and beautiful. I was almost the only guest, that's why I probably got superb service. No one seemed to be professional, but this is not Pattaya and the staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Delightful Upgrade

First thing of note is that we were given an upgrade to a large two bedroom villa right next to the pool. We really enjoyed the pool with our two young kids. If you book get something close to the pool for that early evening swim. The island itself offers very little so this is a good idea. Great villa with everything you need for a holiday. Two drawbacks are no TV reception and poor water pressure. The shower was practically a drip. However the room had DVD player and free DVD rental, plus the poolside shower worked well. The manager was very good and helpful and they had free internet access at reception area (which wasn’t very close to villa). Motorcycle rental is a must as the resort is at the center of the island and set back from the beaches and shops. Overall we had a good time and made the most of the facilities and activities on the island.

The breakfast was typical Western, good.
I also like to have Thai food.
It looks like a German resort, only German people.
The Kitchenstaff was very helpfull.
The cleaning of the rooms can better. We stayed 1 week, no cleaning of the beds.They have to learn some more about how to please guests.
