Baan Panburi Village Koh Phangan Reviews

The resort was opened in January 2001 consisting of 63 huts and bures. Bures is the word for island cottage made of local wooden materials. Here it is made of bamboo panel walls, palm leaf roof with wooden floor, rustic and picturesque in appearance. Our guests often hang their hammocks by the front porch which has striking seaviews and spend lazy times reading or taking naps. Island hut is a slightly smaller and less detail version, both are cleanly kept and have excellent view. Baan Panburi is exactly the kind of beach place I like most. The simple clean bungalow with large windows facing the beach allow lovely views from inside. I applaud the fact that Baan Panburi hasn't added air conditioning to the rooms. The food here is the best Thai and Western cuisine anywhere outside Bangkok. the friendly, efficient service will surely bring Baan Panburi many repeat visitors, including myself.
