I stayed here, really wish i didn't. During the full moon period you have to book at least five days, that where this hotel, or most catch you out, before the full moon it's okay, but after its completly dead. The location of the hotel is really bad. I think its in a unsafe area, most nights the local area just does not look safe. The staff at the front desk all go to sleep after 11pm lool one night coming back i actually got my own key from the front desk, i could have got anybodys else, took their stuff. The security guy isn't always there, so it is do able.

The staff in my view are all quite rude and it seems like they just don't care at all, there was only one lady with was okay. The breakfast and the stuff that run it, its completely crap. For me i go or my breakfast and expects everything to be there eg the toast has bits of butter to use, or the tea has sugar or milk, its standard, this stuff wasnt there, its not much to ask, but when you do, they are again rude.

A very un caring hotel that is badly located, very expensive!, rude staff and generally the hotel is big, lool but you know what it was completely dead, even on the full moon night, believe me, thats bad, keep away!!

The hotel is perfect to the young who is on a holiday in Thailand with friends.
The hotel is noisy, becuse of parties at the pool.Breakfast was terrible and air cond. wasn't working. The location is preaty good.
