The service was exceptional. We felt so relaxed.

Myself and my boyfriend wanted to relax for 2 weeks before moving to Perth. We could not have picked a nicer spot. The staff were so lovely. Some had little english but somehow always prempted your needs. The pool was lovely, the rooms were bright and clean and comfortable. The resteraunt is limited but the bar is extensive. The location is quiet yet only a few minutes walk from everything you could possibly need and less than 10 minutes from the beach and some wonderful beach restaurants. We would definitely go back and would happily recommend the Lima Bella.

A small and cosy getaway, in a friendly touch of paradise

Although the Lima Bella resort was small, it felt very cosy and comfortable. I felt very relaxed and well catered for, in an exclusive spot in paradise. Just around the corner is the most beautiful beach that I have ever seen, stretching for a good distance around a beautiful coastline, and because Koh Samed Island is "exclusive" nowhere gets overcrowded, and you feel like you have space to relax.

A bit out of the way

It was really difficult to find as we landed on the beach. The staff however were fantastic once we had found them. The location is not great. Pool area is good. Food ordinary. The plus side is the staff who are always very helpful.

Overpriced for what you get

The breakfast was the worst I'd ever had. Paying that much money to get cold eggs isn't right.
The room was so so, nothing special. The landscaping was very nice and the staff was nice but no security at night.

We stayed there a week with our two boys 3, and 5 yo. We lived in the waree poolside. The room was nice but living four there made it a bit crowded. The best thing with the hotel is the staff. They where so helpful in all ways. Many of them speak good english. They where lovely to the boys and they really made us feel at home there. Great service with a smile.
