Didn't like the room, very low class class room, very expensive for what we get.

Hotel location is great. Ao Praoh is the nicest area in Koh Sammet. Clean, quite and restricted to sellers, etc.
The hotel is nothing more than a bunch of rooms, rather spartan style, amenities 0. Plenty of staff but service is average especially for Thailand standards. Breakfast is bad for the same standards. Smoking is unrestricted, so breakfast or other meals are with smoke, pretty annoying. Communication from the hotel was non-existent and we contact them regarding transport but still waiting for an answer. Below average if we talk Thailand average kindness and service.
However, location is great and maybe they are the cheapest hotel in that bay.

Poor access road to hotel

I felt the hotel was very expensive for what it was. We were very surprised and for what we paid we could of got better value. The roads were poor and getting around was dangerous. sorry but you asked.

Stayed in the standard rooms were not my favorite stop along our trip of Thailand but the place overall was fantastic. The service, the food, and location were grade A.
If I were to stay here again I would lik it up and get a bigger bungalow. However, we did get the ones that were literally directly on the beach and we opened our door and the ocean was about 100 yards (if that!) from our deck. The rate did include breakfast and that was such a great experience.
