Saikaew Beach Resort Koh Samet Traveler ReviewsThe guest reviews are submitted by our customers after their stay

Nice resort with new high luxury rooms or basic cottages. Has a quiet area and a busy area so it should be good for anyone. Very many trees and fit in well with the surroundings. Breakfast buffet was very good. Bookings for Scooters and Diving done easily enough and could be charged to the resort if you want. Ferry service from the mainland for the resort was easy to use as well. Many good restaurants on the beach within walking distance. If I go back to Koh Samed I would definitely stay here again, but I'd probably treat myself to the newer rooms if I brought my family.
Good atmosphere.

I pretty much love to stay in the atmosphere, it offers a lot of integrity. The breakfast was delicious.
Sai kaew has not been able to walk very far off
The resort is beautiful. Sai Kaew Beach is adjacent to the common name of the pill at all. Get a room, it was wide right. But a little expensive. The taste of the food was good.

Coffer not so good but the rest was great.
Room in new zone is nice decorated, clean. Pools is separated for each zone, not too busy. Breakfast was variety but coffee was not so good Staffs had good service mind and polite. The location was also good, we can find something to eat near by and we can have a night out by walking from hotel safety
Nice place, pity about the price.

Everything is good but a bit pricey. We got a room at the back quite far from the beach but the staff will give you a lift in a golf cart to your room. The two swimming pools are good.
fair value

superior room small but so beautyful decorated, fresh air shower,TV,Telephone,RF,very good BF
A splendin location situated on a magnificient clean beach on your doorstep. Advertised as two Resorts in one, but what the brochure does not tell you is that another resort is sandwhiched between the two Sai Kaew Resorts making it a noisy thoroughfare lacking privacy. Nice pool in the Deluxe Resort and plenty of beach facilities available at a price.

The brightly decorated rooms were in stark contrast to the general tardiness of the Resort which needs a touch of "tender loving care" and army of gardeners to tidy up the place and surrounding area. The food in Italian Restaurant (Laguna) was of poor quality and expensive with mediocer service. The Thai food in the other restaurant was considerably better prepared and served. We were unfortunate that during our stay we experienced heavy rains which blocked the open air bathroom drains resulting in a flood to the bathroom, kids bedroom and living room. Would I stay here again....probably not. For future visitors to the Resort, it is recommended that you visit the numerous restaurants situated on the beach.
