Great location, very basic but value for money room.
We took a basic fan room and paid accordingly. Great location right next to beach. Food was average. They were building right next to the room though but as pretty full could not move us elsewhere, I felt a discount or free dinner would have been appropriate but didn't let it spoil a great weekend.
I would stay again but I'd highlight a quieter spot in advance.
Maids did good job with room even when very late leaving room.
