Beautiful spot

Staff were friendly and always ready to help. A golf cart is always there when needed as the pathway to the rooms is quite steep, but adds to the beauty. Being about 5-10 minutes from Chaweng the courtesy bus came in handy... but a scooter is just as easy & safe to ride for a cheap price. Sunrise and views from our room were amazing. Breakfast was nice but not fantastic.... all in all I would definitely stay here again :)

Nice place but be ready to spend extra

This is a nice place. Nice location in terms of the isolation - no noise polution as you get to see at the rest of Samui island. However, there's nothing around the place pretty much. so you'd have to take taxi or hotel shuttle (only till 5pm) if yoiu're trying to get out. Rent a motorbike if you can. it will be handy.
There's no free internet at the place, which was very dissapointing. And the food at restourant was average and extremely overpriced. You'd have to eat somewhere outside I think.
Breakfast was free and included, but wasn't very special.
And do check out spa - that one is pretty cool at this place.

Nice and relaxing atmosphere with room for improvement

Like:
a) overall the hotel is nice
b) the rooms are clean and cosy
c) the staff at reception were most helpful
Dislike:
a) the pool (nearer to the beach) needs to be better maintained. There´s algae on the tiles.
The lounge chairs are not in a good state and ant-ridden.
b) Restaurant (not the main one but the one that´s facing beach) is empty, unused and deserted. Efforts should be made to decorate it so that it doesn´t look like it´s in a state of dis-repair. It gives the impression that hotel is very run-down.
c) Hotel breakfast menu and presentation can be better improved.
d) It´s difficult to get taxis to Chaweng at night. Perhaps a taxi light to request for taxis can be installed.

Good sea view and nice area.

The services in this Hotel is close to nothing. Staff at the reception are non skilled and basicly can´t help.Facts" i called reception to wake me up next day at 0900hrs and lady said Ok, but never received any calls.
I called to request a plate and knife so that i could eat my fruit which i bought earlier i waited for 2 hrs and i called agian and waited and waited tilled checked out.
Therefore in generally services is next to zero.
