The staff were absolutely fabulous - couldn't be more polite & happy to assist in anything asked of them. Good in house bus service into Chewang.

Arayburi hotel, excellent location with superb food and service, but !!!

Excellent location with superb food, but the beach need to be prepared for tourists. To many dangerous rocks in sea water close the beach, children and adults have difficulties to take a sea water bath. Those rocks need to be destroyed.
The way to arrive to the hotel is not well describe and the hotel need to provide a shuttle from and to go to the Pier of Nathon ! We came by plane from Shurat Tani and took us 5 hours to get in the room + for 2 persons 1.500 baths, one way. The return from the hotel to the Shurat Tani airport, same thing. A lost of time unacceptable for a 4 days WE !! It is clear that the KO Samui airport is a good solution, but the monopole of the Bangkok Airway push the price to high. I pay approximatively 6.000 baths for 2 [BKK/Shurat Tani/BKK] with Air Asia. The same with the Bangkok Airway cost 12.000 baths. No concurrency !

Value for money. The same view as Six Senses Hideaway but more than half the price. A little bit too far from everything but private.

Great Location For airport

We loved the hotel but found the resaurant a little expensive. The free films on offer played through to your hotel room was a real treat if you have had enough of lounging in the sun but the hotel is a taxi ride away from the toen centre and isolated. Other hotels do offer this service as free but this hotel doesn´t. Overall I would a=say that this hotel is an ideal getaway, and the rooms are very large. The interiots are alittl outdated but fully functional and spacious. Worth a stay but bring books to keep yourself occupied.

If you dont want the busy crowded Chaweng and want an almost private quiet beach holiday this is the right place. Close enough to the busy areas easily but far enough away to be quiet. Stated as 3.5 Star by tlhe resort the rooms are big and well appointed. Very peaceful surroundings amongst the trees. Nice food and friendly staff.
