We spent lovely holidays here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. A great seaview restaurant. We like everything here. we are going to visit it next year and i recomend it to all my friends

I loved Bill resort, staff are amazing and very welcoming - speak perfect English and can't do enough for you during your stay. Would defiantly recommend - downfall there is a massive hill leading into resort - not good for those who struggle walking.

Lovely garden but an Attitude problem in the staff

No WiFi - I disliked their own slow and virus ridden computers (no virus protection or firewalls, 30 bahts / 10 minutes). The staff do nothing about malaware that snaches your passwords even if computer announces that is infected... so don't use the computers.
Unhelpful (kitchen) service staff that worshipped the clock (another example: computer room closes at 10 pm and you are pushed out at that minute, when it is only 5 pm in Europe), and female reservation staff look guests down their nose. No thai smile in them to begin with.
Cleaners etc were ok.
Looks lovely, lovely pool. Smell the room before accepting, mould is often toxic and therefore mouldy rooms are dangerous and cause serious respiratory infections.

exellent location just yards from the beach

The place was great. You could have a midnight swim in the pool and the security guard would switch the pool lights on, also you felt safe as there are a security people always around. The only downside was the breakfast, if you got there too late it was all gone and the fresh orange ad pineapple juice is not fresh.
The beach was yards from our chalet and you could hear the sea, which we quite often mistook it for wind as we were not used to it!!!

Nice place to stay with restaurant down at the beach serving good food at prices that is ok.
Helpful personal. If we go back to Koh Samui we
will be back to Bill Resort.
