Lovely and excellent service

This hotel was excellent, no complaints. Staff friendly and helpful at all times. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast great choice of food everything you could possibly think of to eat. I would recommend this place as I feel it has everything to make a holiday one to remember.

Stayed in November 2007.We stayed in a ground floor suite with our own private pool. Robes, seperate slippers and towels were provided.All our dry cleaning was included in price. Loved the decor and jacuzzi bath as well as walk in shower. TV and dvd in bedroom also. staff were polite. Entertainment
non existent. The beach is to die for, loved the walks and bars in area.lots of shopping as well.

We stayed in mid August 2005, and loved the hotel. The service was second to none, and the staff will do anything to help you. Restaurants are excellent, with lovely food. The gardens are very well kept, and pools great. Great location, right on the beach. The only downside is the closeness to the Chaweng Road. The hotel is actually quite far south, away from most bars, but the Road is full of far too many taxis who beep their horns all night. It is extremely irritating. It´s best to just stay in the hotel, and only go out when necessary. There are some restaurants nearby, namely Bellinis in Sol Calibri street.

Defo recommend this hotel tho, 5-star top-notch.
