The room and bathroom were clean but quite old.
Service was excellent though, went out of their way to make our stay great.

Samui Natien was a good hotel, would deffintally stay here again. Walking distance to the bars and shops and with the hotel being on the beach it was very quite at night.

we stayed at another hotel and now i can judge by comparrison. the natien outwayed coral bay by far. the staff on every level were truly excellent go out of their way to make your stay a happy one,from the ground cleaners,cleaners.reception,waiters,security all of them very friendly,bubbly and happy. i will miss them.i couldn`t have wished for a better place to stay. each and evey one deserve my highest praise.

The entire complex was cleaned top to bottom after heavy rains that caused severe damage around the island.
