Satisfying stay!

the best amazing place to be in with a convenient location and good service standards. everyone should try the massage provided by the hotel, it was good and at an affordable price. excellent place to be at overall!

Don't go there

We were there for four nights during July 2009. Unfortunately, our travel agent booked us for that period. The staff at the reception were not friendly at all, compared to other hotels we experienced in Indonesia and Thailand. We were introduced to a so called "Deluxe" Garden Room. It was small, dark, worn down and had an unpleasent smell. Not much deluxe about that. After complaining at reception we got another (acceptable)room and had to pay additional THB 1.000 per night for that.
Generally, we experienved the hotel as dirty and worn down. It seemed that maintanence was non existing and claining of outdoor facilities very poor.
We will under no circumstance recommend this hotel which was our worst experience during our travel in Indonesia and Thailand.
