Great Hotel with a lack of details

great pool. sapacious rooms, fab location... hotel should take better care of their assets like invest in new towels or bedlinen (small holes everywhere) otherwise the hotel is great value for money, nice thai decor, well located, would stay any time again

1. Bed is too low and not suitable for old people. Hard to stand up on feet.
2. No lobby for customer to wait or relax during the day.
3. The lock system is old fashion. I 'd got the problem on the key. I had to wait for the hotel's mechanic to fix it.
4. I felt uncomfortable in hotel's service. Most of hotel attendants make a service to foreigners better than Thai people like us.

Maybe some more sunbeds, but most of them were only occupied, not used. ;-)
