Beach Republic The Residences Samui Reviews

We stayed in one of the deluxe suites which was very comfortable and spacious and had everything you could possibly need. It had a very modern , clean feel and it was lovely to arrive to complementary cocktails and a big smile! We had no private pool like in the villas but for us it was enough to have use of the two pools down at the beach club. We had some treatments at the spa which was lovely, very relaxed with lots of options.

The room is clean, full of facilities, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is good. Staff very friendly and I would definitely go to this hotel again and highly recommend it to all my friends.

we stayed in a modern villa, great location, decent value for its space, got a sundeck on the 2nd level, decent size private pool, fully equipped kitchen. it gives a feel of 'living in thailand'. there were a lot of bugs/insects inside the villa, as the maids never close the door when they come clean. there're not much of service in this resort. it takes forever to get something you need or they just choose to ignore your request. the worst part of the service is the restaurant. they have the slowest staff ever experienced, even if we were the only customers. they got about 5 staffs onsite, forgetting to bring your order due to chatting while you watch your food sit on the counter waiting to get cold, start cleaning up before you leave the table, When asking for a to-go box, one time the waitress actually brought an used undisposable container they use in the kitchen! The stress in having to deal with the staff is almost discouraging for us to go to their restaurant. The spa was also mediocre. spa staff was clueless in what she was doing, at the end she kept apologizing that she could not get it done right. If you like to be secluded, this is a perfect place.
